The Fish Chiller is designed for efficient chill stunning and bleeding. The system is made entirely of high-grade stainless steel, ready assembled without joints, crevices, etc., allowing for easy cleaning and a high level of hygiene.

Separate units

The system consists of a chilling unit where the fish are stunned and gradually cooled down.

From the chilling unit the fish are gently being pushed onto a workbench for bleed cutting. The bleeding takes place in a bleeder unit. The system can be built to suit various capacities.
